Position: CAST, a software vendor with offices in Europe, the US and India, is looking to grow its IT department with a strong Technician who will join the IT team in Bangalore.
Working at CAST means being an important part of a highly-talented, fast-paced and multi-cultural team based in Paris (France), New-York (United States) and Bangalore (India).
The Person: As an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Junior Administrator, you will be part of CAST Corporate IT team, and your time will roughly be shared between: administration/projects 60%, user-support 37% and supplier management 3% of your time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a member of the IT Infra team in Bangalore you will be involved in server’s administration (physical and virtualized), storage, network (firewall & switches) and the interconnection of LAN/WAN. You will participate in maintaining in operational condition the worldwide IT infrastructure.
With the help of the IT technician based in Bangalore, you will manage the infrastructure, the network, the vendors and manage user-support requests, and we expect you to be responsive to support requests and rigorous in their follow. For our new employees you will follow the arrival process (laptop purchase, preparation and user training). You also will be involved in CAST corporate worldwide projects.
