Role Overview:

CAST is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Vice President of Consulting for EMEA to drive strategic engagements, deliver value and ensure client success, and enable measurable outcomes for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact consulting initiatives across the region, working closely with top-tier clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with IT and business leaders across key client accounts.
  • Advocate for CAST’s Software Intelligence solutions by aligning with clients’ strategic priorities and demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Present complex insights derived from CAST technology in an accessible, actionable format to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead efforts to maximize customer satisfaction, ensuring renewals and driving account expansion.

Technical Engagement:

  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' application landscapes, software architectures, and SDLC processes.
  • Identify and address critical technical challenges impacting clients' businesses or modernization efforts, ensuring CAST solutions deliver tangible value.
  • Collaborate with client technical teams (Architects, SMEs) to design tailored deployment strategies for CAST Products.
  • Advise on integration of CAST platforms seamlessly into clients’ ecosystems.

Change Management:

  • Drive successful adoption of CAST products by embedding them in clients' core processes and decision frameworks.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to deployment and long-term adoption, ensuring sustainable, recurring usage.
  • Partner with Sales teams post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding and effective engagement of client accounts.
  • Align internal teams (sales, consulting, and product) towards delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least 15 years of experience in technology consulting or IT delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs, either client-side or through consulting engagements.
  • Experience in working with multinational clients.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong foundation in software development, application architecture, and modern SDLC processes.
  • Experience with technologies including Java, .NET, cloud platforms, and legacy systems like mainframes.
  • Familiarity with key trends in cloud migration, software portfolio optimization, and application modernization.

Business Acumen:

  • Ability to grasp and address clients’ priorities in software portfolio management, delivery optimization, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and cost control in large-scale software development initiatives.

Leadership & Influence:

  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and gain trust from senior executives.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track improvement plans based on data.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
